The City of Cassville has hired Noelle Harmon as Cassville’s new Deputy City Clerk. Harmon brings over nine years experience in southwest Missouri Government - including tenures on City Council, as Mayor and as a Finance and Economic Development Director.
“We are thrilled to have someone of Noelle’s caliber join the City staff,” said City Administrator Eugene Dilbeck. “She has a wide set of skills, knowledge and experiences that will benefit Cassville. Everyone has been quite impressed with Noelle’s customer service and communications abilities as well as her professionalism.”
Harmon’s responsibilities will include maintaining all records and proceedings of Cassville’s Board of Aldermen; properly keeping all records and papers belonging to the City in accordance with State laws and City ordinances; managing the City’s human resource recruitment, training and records; and learning to act as the general accountant of the city.
“I have been impressed with the team at City Hall that the Mayor, Council and City Administrator have assembled,” said Harmon. “I am excited to work with this great group and will use my experiences to help the growth and progress in Cassville and provide top-notch, quality service to its citizens.”

° Administrative Aide, Budget Office, Eugene, OR (1990 – 1992)
